A chem-free agricultural product from the past, whose time has come again.

With the advent of progressive changes in recreational marijuana laws, it is inevitable that Hemp, the industrial version, will once again become a viable alternative for U.S.farmers to add to their crop rotation.

We want to play a role in that transition, and have formed a new venture that will eventually become an actual corporation you can invest in, one that creates new and innovative markets for Hemp, and actively promotes political change and agricultural acceptance of this long-maligned crop. And creates local jobs in the process.

We have named our new enterprise the “American Heritage Hemp Association”, and that puts in a nutshell everything we want to say about this versatile plant.

Hemp is part of our nation’s history. And world history.

For millennium, Hemp has been cultured for many more versatile traits and qualities than just it’s traditional medicinal efficacy. Only in the past century has it been vilified as a “street drug”, and that was accomplished almost exclusively via a conspiracy of producers and processors of competing commodities.

Yet it really has nothing to do with those contrived issues.

Keep in mind, we are in no way talking about the kind of pot one smokes to get high. This intentional media conflating of two completely different issues has kept industrial Hemp off the national commodity markets and out of our farm fields. But now that it's potent sister is being decriminalized in various ways across the land, the highly-contrived “pot” stigma that has been attached to Hemp as an agricultural product has simply vanished: That was the ONLY excuse ever effectively perpetuated by those adversaries to keep industrial Hemp off the ag market.

We feel assured that sometime in the very near future, a great abundance Hemp will once again grace the fields of the U.S. A. as it did when we used it to make the paper our Constitution was written on and the rope that tied our nation end to end in the westward migration. It has already begun and it is our intention to accelerate the process considerably.

It is our goal with this newly formed corporation to aid in the process to help re-introduce PROFITABLE Hemp processing to the American Farmer. Our goal is threefold.. One, to construct hemp processing plants We will construct portable, semi-truck size processing plants that actually go to the fields and convert the raw hemp into component “value added” co-products, providing the producers their most profitable process. And it will all start with a model, built in Colorado, with the intention of moving it to the rest of the U.S. once Hemp is again COMPLETELY legal in all states for our farmers to grow.

At the retail end of our corporation, we will turn Main Street brick storefronts into specialty stores, as outlets for some of the products our producers create. Hemp work clothes, cloth and fiber, feedstocks, construction material, food and health supplements, beauty aids, oils and soaps, all from hemp, along with compatible non-hemp products like heirloom seeds and spring starts and cuttings. The goal is to offer products that are made from some of those raw materials we separate in the field, at the other end of our process. Between harvest and marketing, there are myriad products that can come from hemp.

Our goal is to help the process of hemp marketing along, from seed to store,

If we get a positive response our initial grassroots outreach campaign, we will be inviting you to join us by making an investment in our fledgling enterprise.

For now we don't want anyone's money or resources, just your pledge that, as soon as we get the collection facilities in place and the process is underway, you will purchase at least ONE share of A.H.H.A stock at $10 before we make our initial public offering. You don't have to pay for anything OR sign any agreement, we don;t want any personal information, just your pledge that you will buy the number of shares you specify, once we have incorporated. We’ll send you a Paypal email when the process is done, and then you can make your first stock purchase.

Whether that is one share or a hundred, from that point on, we will treat you like a member of our project, and the more members the merrier.

Our aspirations are to start a vibrant, profitable crop-to-market business that is best represented as a publicly traded corporation, with YOU, the shareholders, acting as the board of directors. After you read our simple prospectus and our start-up business plan, you will see how we are sincerely trying to bring the farmers who grow our raw material, and the workers who turn it into a retail product, and the shareholders who invested to make it happen, all together, to share in the final fruits of profit equitably.

This business will be virtually a grassroots enterprise, and we hope that when it is finally complete and operational, our employees at every level will also be represented among our shareholders.Become one of our founding shareholders. Read the Prospectus page and our future projections, and Once you know what our plans and aspirations are, go to the Pledge page and fill out the pledge form.

We will notify you weekly on our progress, and the moment we can legally make our IPO you will be notified so you can fulfill your pledge and receive your online certificate of ownership in the American Heritage Hemp Association.
